JAMB Matriculation list Portal – The Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB) has launched a portal where undergraduates preparing for the one-year compulsory NYSC to confirm the eligibility their admissions.

The portal is for both prospective NYSC corps members and undergraduate students in various universities in Nigeria. It is mandatory that you confirm your name from the JAMB matriculation list. Only candidates whose names are on this list are recognised as bonafide students from the various accredited institutions in Nigeria.
All students admitted into any accredited tertiary institution from 1995 – Till Data are advised to proceed to check if their names are on the list.

What is JAMB matriculation list?
According to JAMB, the JAMB Matriculation list simply means a portal set aside for students to easily confirm their admission status online.
The official portal for the JAMB Matriculation List is https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/CheckMatriculationList
Therefore the JAMB Matriculation list contains a list of students who are genuinely admitted into tertiary institutions in Nigeria by Joint Admission and Matriculation Board. It is important that you confirm your name from the Jamb Matriculation list. Only candidates whose names are on this list are recognized as bonfire students from the various accredited institutions.
NOTE: By implication, if your name is not on this list, your application to NYSC scheme for the one-year National service shall be declined.
How to Qualify to be on Matriculation List Jamb.
To qualify for this list you must have done the following listed below.
- Print your Admission Letter Online from the e-Facility Platform
- Print your Result Slip Online from the e-Facility Platform
- Verify the two documents with the admission officer in your Institution
How to Check JAMB Matriculation List
- Go to the matriculation list portal at https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/CheckMatriculationList
- Select your examination year.
- Enter your JAMB Registration number where required.
- Finally, click on ‘Fetch My Details‘.
Implications of Your Name not Being on the List
By implication, if your name is not on this list, your application to NYSC scheme for the one-year National service shall be declined. Also, in case your name is not on the list, then you have to go through JAMB regularization.
Also, this is a way of validating your admission which was not issued by JAMB. Students in this category are:
- Those without a JAMB registration number.
- Also, those who have not been issued an admission letter.
- Additionally, students with a name or course of another institution that is not the same as the institution that issued them admission on their admission letter.
Candidates are also to note that acceptance of admission on any website other than CAPS is not a valid acceptance.
This is because, any admission not processed and accepted through CAPS is not known to JAMB. Please take note.
