University of Nigeria (UNN) Maintains 100% Accreditation
This was contained in a letter sent out to the University Community, and signed by UNN Director of Academic Planning – Prof. Johnson O. Urama.
The October/November 2019 NUC Accreditation results released show that the University recorded a 100% success on her undergraduate and postgraduate programmes presented for accreditation in October/November 2019 maintaining her 100% accreditation of all programmes run in the University.
The summary of the result is as follows:
1) The ten (10) M.Sc. MBA and MPA programmes presented received Full Accreditation.
2) Forty-three (43) undergraduate programmes were presented out of which forty (40) had Full Accreditation, three (3) received Interim Accreditation while none was Denied.
The three (3) programmes that received Interim Accreditation are Psychology, Computer Science and Agricultural & Bio-resources Engineering.

NB: The courses with full accreditation are valid for five years.
The effort of the University Administration was led by the assiduous Vice-chancellor. Prof. Charles Igwe, in ensuring that the University maintains this accreditation status is highly appreciated.
