DELSU resumption date has been announced for the continuation of academic activities after the ease of the COVID-19 lockdown.
The management of the Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka, wishes to inform staff, students, the University community and the general public that the resumption date for the continuation of academic activities after the ease of the COVID-19 lockdown is now Monday 5th October, 2020.
DELSU Resumption Date.
The university would re-open in phases as indicated hereunder:
- Monday 5th- Saturday 31st October, 2020 – Postgraduate, Graduating (400 & 500 levels) and 100 level students would resume for academic activities for completion of the second semester with two weeks for revision and two weeks examinations.
- Monday, 2nd – Monday, 30th November, 2020 – 200 and 300 level students including Diploma students would resume with two weeks of revision and two weeks for examinations.
You will recall that the FG Shutdown All Schools Nationwide in other to check the spread Covid-19 in the country.
All members of staff are to resume work immediately in preparation for resumption of academic activities scheduled for Monday 5th October, 2020. Please note that all categories of staff are to resume work at 8.00 am and close at 4.00 pm.
