Federal Polytechnic Offa (OFFAPOLY) Post-UTME Screening Form for 2020/2021 Session [ND Full-Time]-Federal Polytechnic Offa (OFFAPOLY), is now selling applications forms for admission into its Post-UTME Screening Form for 2020/2021 Session [ND Full-Time].

This is to inform candidates who choose Federal Polytechnic, Offa in the JAMB 2020 UTME that the screening has commenced online.

NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will not be a physical screening of applicants. The screening will be through the procedure stated below.

 Eligibility

The following categories of candidates are eligible to participate in the screening exercise.

* All Candidates who scored 150 and above in the 2020 JAMB UTME and who made Federal Polytechnic, Offa as their First Choice Institution are expected to participate in the screening exercise.

How to Apply for Federal Polytechnic Offa Post UTME.

All applicants for screening are to visit http://portal.fpo.edu.ng, and make payment of N2, 000 with an ATM card that is interswitch compatible between 20^th July to 20^th September 2020.

Fill required information, including O’level result(s), upload scanned copies of result(s)/certificate(s), state of origin and birth certificate and print out screening summary report.

NOTE, that failure to comply with this procedure shall lead to disqualification of such Candidates. False claims shall also lead to forfeiture of the admission at any time it is discovered.

SCREENING FOR ADMISSIONS

All candidates are to upload their results, certificates/credentials on the portal of the Polytechnic www.fpo.edu.ng Candidates must also fill the security form on the Polytechnic portal. NOTE that failure to comply with this procedure leads to disqualification of such candidate and false claims shall lead to forfeiture of the admission at any time the same is discovered.

CLOSURE OF APPLICATION FOR ALL PROGRAMMES: 13th September 2020.

Please note that any false/wrong data entry will lead to automatic disqualification of the candidate at any time so discovered. Also, note that successful candidates will undergo a verification of certificate(s)
